Our Team

The management team of LEGALHOUSE SOLICITORS is made up of highly experienced partners who are in charge of the policy direction of the firm.

	They are: OLUSOLA OMOTUNDE-YOUNG (MANAGING SOLICITOR) DAVID ADETORO (PARTNER) SEGUN AYILARA (PARTNER) JIDE OJEWUMI (PARTNER)
	OLUSOLA OMOTUNDE-YOUNG (MANAGING SOLICITOR) Sola has a multi disciplinary background which cuts across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Foreign Exchange Trading. He started his working career with Citizens International Bank where he was exposed to various aspects of Banking including credit analysis, financial control, operations and corporate finance. He later joined Gatewaybank Plc (now Intercontinental Bank Plc) as a part of the core team for the restructuring of the bank upon its sale to the Intercontinental Bank Group. Sola was a recipient of many awards in the bank and functioned variously as Head Special Care Unit (managing the top 20 customers of the bank), Head Corporate banking, Branch Manager in two branches (Apapa and Victoria Island), and Treasurer before leaving in year 2005 to join LEGALHOUSE SOLICITORS as a partner. Sola received LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University graduating top 1% of his class with a Second Class Upper Degree and emerging as the Best Student in Private International Law. He also attended the Nigerian Law School to acquire his professional certificate. Sola has an MBA Degree from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
	DAVID ADETORO (PARTNER) David Adetoro is versed in oil and gas, energy and power law having specialized in these areas at the Masters Degree level. David graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University with an LL.B Degree and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. With over 10 years experience, David worked with various law firms such as S.B.Candide-Johnson &Co and Adeniji &Oyelola before setting up his own practice. David has double Masters Degrees in law from the University of Lagos and Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, (CEPMLP), University of Dundee. He is currently enrolled for a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Law at University of Glasgow , Scotland . David is a top researcher and has written papers in areas such as Competition Law and Policy, Arbitration and Mediation, Energy and Natural Resources Law.
	SEGUN AYILARA (PARTNER) Segun Ayilara with over 10 years experience is in charge of our northern operations having specially developed a niche for him self in this environment. Segun graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University and immediately obtained his B.L from the Nigerian Law School . Segun has made serious forays into the Northern Nigeria legal market such that he has become a leading authority for the firm in that region. Segun also holds a Masters Degree in Law from the Ahmadu Bello University , Zaria .
	JIDE OJEWUMI (PARTNER) Jide is a multilinguist whose expertise is in the international environment where he has been able to use his unique language abilities and legal knowledge to attract multi national clients to our firm. Jide speaks Japanese fluently and can converse in some other languages. He obtained his LL.B Degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University and his B.L from the Nigerian Law School thereafter.
